ALLY offers to handle the mortgage papers for them. KAN schemes to misappropriate funds of Tung Chuen, which in turn will be injected into a joint credit company set up with loan shark BROTHER LUNG. LUNG asks YAU to prepare a proposal for obtaining the loan. Impressed by its creativity, NICK approves the application.
