MING says he will tell her who did it, on the condition that she keeps away from MAN. ANN points out that MAN may be kicked out. MAN loves being a police officer and so turns to SING for help. MAN is very nervous while he is waiting for the result. He is grateful that his fellows support him with their signatures. WAH tells TING that he is going to go to Beijing for work. TING tells him in return that she will not file a divorce. WAH is pleased. FA has been avoiding MAN, who asks her how she feels about him. He is upset when she tells him they are only friends. FIONA gives KEN an expensive watch in front of others. Feeling that his pride is hurt, he throws the watch on the floor and breaks it. FIONA leaves in a rage. FIONA vents her grievances to FA. She is taking FA home when they see MING and KAM MO together……
