After 21 years of rural bliss Michaela has decided it's time to move back to England to be nearer her daughters. Richard and Sharon Royle want to swap their pretty house in Lancaster - complete with outhouses, garden and stream - for a similar house in Wales. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
