YUEN BUN asks SIU-TIN to tidy up SIU-MING's personal belongings and SIU-TIN discovers SIU-MING's diary. SIU-TIN and CHIANG LAI discover that TSAU-KAN is behaving abnormally. They discover TSAU-KAN performing a strange ceremony at the peak and TSAU-KAN suddenly collapses. SHING-TIN visits his wife's grave with SZE-LAM and they meet CHIANG YUEN. They discover that the gravestone is damaged.
