PANG makes excuse that there is drought in Chiu Fung Town so as to delay the wedding. The Emperor sends HEI to look after the famine-stricken people. WONG and his family also go to the town to lend a helping hand. TSUI demands PANG to eat the Dragon Ball. PANG refuses. He even sends TSUI to the capital. HEI and LU find the water source and separate. CHU is reluctant to return to the capital lest to face MOON. MOON goes to the camp to see CHU. MOON catches cold. CHU sends MOON back to the palace. When TIN finds out that TSUI has got the Dragon Ball. He knows that LU is still alive. He goes to the Clear Water Town to kill dragons. HEI kneels down to beg CHU to stop. CHU hits HEI. CHU attempts to slay LU with his sword. HO risks his life to protect LU. HO is being slain.
